For more than thirty years Belvoir has engaged Australia’s most prominent and promising playwrights, directors, actors and designers to concoct an annual season of work that is dynamic, challenging and visionary.
Belvoir’s position as one of Australia’s most innovative and acclaimed theatre companies has been determined by such landmark productions as The Drover’s Wife, The Glass Menagerie, Angels in America, The Wild Duck, The Diary of a Madman, The Book of Everything, Cloudstreet, Keating!, The Alchemist, The Sapphires, Medea and many, many more.
Today, under Artistic Director Eamon Flack, they tour nationally, internationally, and continue to create their own brand of rough magic for new generations of audiences, here in the heart of Sydney.
