Yes, we welcome personal bookings in both Corporate Apartments and Residence Apartments.

How do I make a reservation?

What is the minimum length of stay in your apartments?
A |
Corporate Keys has specific short stay properties that allow 1 night stays but the majority are 3 nights plus.

Q
Do I need to provide a confirmed check-out date, what if I wish to extend?
A |
You have 2 options:
Option 1: Confirm your vacate date on your license to occupy;
should you wish to extend your booking you will need to
confirm with us that the apartment is still available. If still
available we would be happy to extend your stay. We can
always help you find another option should it have already
been booked.
Option 2: Enter an estimated vacate date and select this as an
""unconfirmed/tentative"" vacate date. You are free to stay in the
property for as long as you need, all we require is that you
give us notice of your intention to vacate. The amount of
notice required will be on your Licence to Occupy.
Please note: Some locations may not allow you have the automatic right to keep extending your vacate date. This will be displayed to you during the booking process. In the majority of cases we are able to secure extensions at our clients request.

Is a security deposit required?

A small refundable security deposit may be payable in some of our buildings.
If applicable a security deposit of $500 is payable if booking is made in the name of a company. A security deposit of $750 is payable for bookings made in the name of individuals. This security deposit is then refunded at the end of your stay.

How is ongoing rental payable?

Corporate Apartments
Clients are able to choose to pay their rent every 4 weeks OR pay fortnightly (every 2 weeks).

Residence Apartments
If booking via a company you can to choose to pay rent every 4 weeks OR pay fortnightly (every 2 weeks). Payment can be made via credit card or can be invoiced.
Private individuals booking a residence will have ongoing rental payments automatically deducted from their credit card on a weekly basis after the first 4 week period has expired.

What forms of payment do you accept?

All prices are quoted in Australian dollars. Major credit cards are accepted including; MasterCard, Visa and American Express. Please note a Merchant Service Recovery Fee will be charged on all credit cards. Cash can only be accepted when paid in person at our offices, during normal business hours. Invoicing is available for all corporate organisations. Consolidated invoicing for large project teams is also available.

What are the differences between the various types of housing Corporate Keys offers?

Residence Apartments
Corporate Keys residence apartments are generally found within a serviced apartment complex. Apartments offer kitchen/kitchenette facilities, dual living and sleeping areas (in some residences) as well as laundry facilities. Booking a residence apartment also provides you with additional hotel services including, weekly cleaning, room service and concierge services.

Corporate Keys furnished apartment rental rates include:
- A fully furnished apartment including home-wares and linen;
- Utility connections and ongoing usage charges;
- Minimum 42inch Smart TV with casting capabilities in each property;
- A Customer Care telephone number to ensure rapid response to service requests that may arise during the stay;
- Personal meet and greet at your apartment. This service is available 24/7.

There is an 'Exit Clean' charge for all Corporate Apartments - ask us for details. There may also be charges for any additional services you may request, such as car parking, housekeeping, extra furniture hire, airport transfer and internet.

Secure, undercover onsite car parking is available at selected apartments. Car parking is included in all First Class apartments. A weekly charge of $49.00 applies for all other apartments. Minimum booking of 7 nights applies.

What is the check in/out time?

Corporate Apartments
All The Hamptons Apartments and Manhattan Apartments locations have a self check in system meaning check-ins can occur 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. All other locations, check-in time is from 2 PM to 8 PM. Earlier check-in may be possible - charges apply. One of our staff members will meet you and show you through your apartment.

Check-in can occur 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Check-out of your apartment is typically by 10am on the day of departure, except by prior arrangement. Specific check-out times will be provided for each residence.

How do I check into my apartment?

A Corporate Keys consultant will meet you on site to show you through your apartment, hand over keys and answer any questions you may have. We are able to meet guests at their apartment 24 hours a day.

Yes, we have partnered with various baby hire companies to provide guests staying in our corporate apartments with a range of items including: capsules, car seats and booster seats, bassinets and cots, prams and strollers, changing and bathing and high chairs. Rates are available depending on length of stay.
