The focus of corporate accommodation is to provide comfortable temporary housing to the executive business traveller, project teams and relocating employees. Corporate accommodation includes but is not limited to corporate housing, extended stay residences and business hotels.

CORPORATE KEYS APARTMENTS is our corporate housing solution. Corporate housing can be defined as a furnished apartment, condominium or house available on a temporary basis of typically 28 nights or more. A typical corporate housing unit is:

  • Fully furnished and equipped studio, one, two and three bedroom apartments.
  • Well maintained properties providing residential living.
  • Many convenient locations in and around major metropolitan areas.
  • Double the square footage of hotel rooms and suite hotels.
  • More cost-effective for companies for long-term housing needs.

Corporate Keys Apartments are classified as Premium Economy, Business Class and First Class.

CORPORATE KEYS RESIDENCES is our extended stay residences solution. Extended stay residences, which includes apartment hotels, serviced apartments and long-stay hotel suites, provide more home-like amenities than traditional hotels. Corporate Keys Residences have many of the facilities and services of a hotel and the additional comfort and convenience of a Corporate Keys Apartment, including cooking facilities, refrigerator and dish-washing and self-serve laundry facilities.

Corporate Keys Residences are classified under the hotel star-rating system, and are rated as four stars or above.

CORPORATE KEYS SHORT STAY is our corporate hotel solution for stays of less than 28 nights. Using the strength of Corporate Keys relationships with clients and third party accommodation providers Corporate Keys is able to offer competitive rates to business clients in selected hotels, providing the hotels with an additional marketing channel and protecting the hotel's non-corporate pricing.

Corporate Keys is committed to providing consistent and high quality services and products across all brands and locations. Quality is assured by the following initiatives:

Recruitment: Applicants are matched against position description, personality profile and corporate fit. After screening applicants undergo behavioural style interviewing, DISC analysis, in some instances a written examination, and thorough reference checking. Successful applicants undergo a national police check before commencement. Competitive salaries commensurate with experience and generous benefits ensure that quality staff are attracted and retained.

Training: All employees and relevant contract staff undergo comprehensive induction training upon commencement. Employees in leadership positions are required to undertake external training such as Certificate IV in Frontline Management. All employees undergo job-specific training and are monitored for satisfactory achievement before being authorized to work alone with guests or clients. Corporate Keys supports and promotes key staff undergoing external training appropriate to their current role and career path. Corporate Keys supports, encourages and expects staff to attend seminars, workshops and industry and technology updates to keep abreast of developments in our industry.

Standard Operating Procedures: All activities, processes, procedures and policies are documented in C-Keys, our in-house corporate intranet. Staff members follow check sheets for all quality activities, requiring counter-checking and sign-off.

Apartment Quality: Apartments are selected against documented quality criteria including those in our published 'Guide for Owners'. Apartments are classified by our in-house rating system as Premium Economy, Business Class and First Class, with even the most economical class, Premium Economy, being of a higher quality than general residential stock. New apartments undergo a thorough 'Setup' before the first guest checks-in. Between guests, all apartments have a comprehensive 'Exit Clean' by our housekeeping team and then are 'Reset' and signed-off by our trained operations personnel. A complete condition report and inventory is produced and quality is regularly inspected by the Manager of Operations. We operate a 24 hour maintenance hotline for emergencies and measure Operations personnel against maintenance KPIs for response time and problem resolution.

Guest Satisfaction and Feedback: All guests are invited to complete an exit survey at the end of their stay. All exit surveys are reviewed by the General Manager and the Management team. Any specific corrective actions are implemented, trends are noted and staff members nominated for particular praise are acknowledged and published to all staff.

Corporate Keys actively supports the community with regular donations of money and surplus stock to local and international charities and involvement in local charitable activities. 

Corporate Keys is proud to support Medicins Sans Frontiers with regular monetary donations to assist in their readiness to deploy medical staff to sites of natural disaster and humanitarian crisis.

Corporate Keys is proud to be a major supporter of Victorian based charity Berry Street.  Berry Street looks after thousands of children and young people who have been denied a good childhood, cannot live safely at home or will not recover from what has been done to them without urgent help.  Corporate Keys makes regular monetary donations, subsidises staff to attend Berry Street charity events and donates surplus office and accommodation stock including hotel grade bedding and linen.

Corporate Keys support a variety of other charities with sponsorship, fundraising and donations.

First Class
First Class rated properties are new premium residential apartment complexes or stand alone properties based in key such as water front, river front or with garden views.

First Class properties include as a minimum:
  • fully furnished and equipped property
  • cable television
  • 1 residential car park
  • high quality gym and pool facilities
  • air conditioning / heating

Business Class
Business Class rated properties are new or refurbished residential apartment complexes and stand alone properties. Business Class Properties include as a minimum:

  • fully furnished and equipped property
  • gym and pool available in most properties (excluding central city locations)
  • air conditioning / heating
  • cable television at most properties
  • car parking is available on request at most properties for a weekly fee

Premium Economy
Premium Economy level properties are compact new properties or refurbished residential properties.  Premium Economy Properties include:
  • fully furnished and equipped property
  • some may feature gym and pool
  • air conditioning / heating
  • car parking is available on request at most properties for a weekly fee
