Management Team

Kathy Childs

Founder & Managing Director

Kathy started Corporate Keys in 2005, opening with sourcing accommodation for the project team preparing for the 2006 Commonwealth Games in Melbourne. With a Bachelor of Business in Management and a solid work history in HR and management consulting prior to opening Corporate Keys, Kathy works closely with her Management Team to ensure the success of Corporate Keys. She is responsible for oversight of the day to day running of all facets of the business including corporate governance and compliance, intellectual property, contracts and human resources.

As Chief Financial Officer for the Corporate Keys Group Kathy is also responsible, along with her team, for managing the company's finances, management of financial risks, record-keeping and financial reporting. She works closely with the CEO, the Management Team and on financial data analysis.

Vincent Childs

Chief Executive Officer

Initially qualified as a Scientific Instrument Maker and then Process Control Engineer at the then world's largest chemical company, Hoechst, Vincent graduated from Swinburne University with a Bachelor Degree First Class Honours in Manufacturing Engineering.

After five years as Engineering Manager for global technology and automation leader Emerson, in 2005 along with his wife and business partner Kathy Childs he founded Corporate Keys Pty Ltd. Vincent is CEO of the Corporate Keys Group, including Corporate Keys Australia, Corporate Keys New Zealand, The Hamptons Apartments, Manhattan Apartments and Hospital Stays.

Bruno Torres

Director of Business Development, Sales & Marketing

Bruno started with the Corporate Keys Group in 2007, 2 years after its inception and has since been responsible for the strategic development of the group into today's multifaceted accommodation group. Bruno holds a Bachelor of Commerce majoring in Accounting and Finance, his background includes setting up the UK and Ireland division of a large European online e-tailer which was then successfully sold to a venture capitalist firm.

His biggest achievements to date are listed as the creation and ongoing development of The Hamptons Apartments and Manhattan Apartments boutique apartment hotel brands as well as the creation of the groups third party hotel booking business, Corporate Keys Residences.

Bruno maintains a focus on the long-term strategic growth of the Corporate Keys Group. He is involved in all aspects of the business, from acquisition and planning through to funding and execution. Specialising in full & limited service as well as extended-stay hotel acquisitions, negotiation and execution of commercial lease and management agreement deals. He works with our development partners including project consultants and builders to deliver developments to meet each brand's specific standards.

Bruno also oversees our team of Reservations Agents, Business Development Executives, the Marketing and Digital Marketing team as well as our in-house IT Development team.

Brenton Flynn

Operations Manager - Corporate Apartments and Boutiques Apartment Hotels

Brenton joined Corporate Keys having worked as Hotel General Manager for various properties within the Oaks Hotel Resorts & Suites, Minor Hotels group, including Oaks Brisbane Mews Suites, Oaks Townsville Metropole Hotel and Oaks Toowoomba Hotel.

Brenton joins Corporate Keys, bringing a wealth of Hotel Operations experience with particular expertise in Strata Management, Hotel Operations, Trust Accounting and Facility Management.

Brenton oversees the day-to-day operations of our Guest Services, Operations and Housekeeping teams for Corporate Keys accommodation brands.

Graham Smith

Guest Services Manager - Corporate Apartments and Boutiques Apartment Hotels

Graham Smith, known to guests as Gray, started in August 2023 as an integral part of Corporate Keys' dedicated on-road Operations team. His tireless dedication wasn't just about meeting expectations but exceeding them, embodying a get-things-done and customer-first mentality.

Gray's journey to us was paved with a vast array of experiences spanning over 15 years. His expertise in Business Operations, Luxury Hospitality & Guest Services, Sales & Promotions, and Events/Tradeshows/Conferences, along with his adeptness in Property Management & Leasing, Executive/Personal Assistance, and Warehousing & Logistics, made him a perfect fit for our diverse needs.

Recognising his invaluable contribution and the depth of his experience, Corporate Keys was thrilled to promote Gray to Guest Service Manager in March 2024.

In his new role, Gray oversees the day-to-day operations and management of our team of Guest Services Agents across various Corporate Keys accommodation brands. His responsibilities extend to managing our dedicated on-road team, ensuring our service quality remains unparalleled and our operations run seamlessly.
