Federation Artisan Chocolate has been making chocolate in Tasmania for 30 years. They have a chocolate factory, cafe and shop in Hobart city only 5 minutes walk from Hobart's waterfront. Here you can see their bean to bar chocolate being made, take a chocolate factory tour with the chocolate maker, enjoy a hot chocolate and coffee with a range of pastries and cakes or if you are really serious take a chocolate making masterclass. They have a large range of chocolate bars and handmade praline chocolates available to purchase. The praline chocolates are unique, bright and flavoursome which will delight any chocolate lover. There is a wide range of flavours which are forever changing and growing. Some include gin and tonic, cookies and cream, chai, apple and rhubarb crumble, blood orange and blackberry raspberry pistachio.
