The staff were extremely accommodating and very friendly with lots of helpful tips throughout our stay. Parking was very easy and a great distance to shops.

Light, airy space with a big balcony and easy access to shops and restaurants. Quiet location, and easy access to the train or tram. Lovely comfortable bed.

Great location in Port Melbourne. Close to trams. Clean and everything I needed for a comfortable holiday. Would definitely stay again.

Absolutely everything was amazing. Majority of my stay I was by myself (post-surgery) and the lady who came in to reception made sure I was ok and happy and well. I even had the cleaner help me bring my luggage downstairs while I waited for my husband to come to pick me up. The facilities were fantastic as were the rooms and beds. Smart TV's made my stay very comfortable and the excellent wi-fi connection was the cherry on top. I will be seeking to stay here again the next time I come to Melbourne.
