Our Guest Services Agent's Mia and Alvin where both great coming out late on a Friday night when our plane was delayed to check us in. We really appreciated them doing that for us.

Alvin is very nice guy, he always replied my inquiry promptly. Most of all, he always tries to satisfy request at best of his effort, and I liked him very much.
