First Class rated properties are located in premium residential apartment complexes.

First Class properties include as a minimum:

• fully furnished and equipped property
• 1 residential car park
• high quality gym and pool facilities
• air conditioning / heating

Business Class
Business Class rated properties located in high quality residential apartment complexes or stand-alone properties.

Business Class Properties include as a minimum:

• fully furnished and equipped property
• air conditioning / heating

Premium Economy
Premium Economy level properties are smaller or older than our First Class and Business Class properties, but are better appointed than the typical furnished real-estate rental.

Premium Economy Properties include:

• fully furnished and equipped property
• air conditioning / heating
• full kitchen including dishwasher

Budget Class
Budget Class properties are studio sized apartments, where the bedroom is only partially separated from, or combined with the living area. They are larger than the typical hotel room and always include some form of kitchen facilities.

Budget Class Properties include:

• kitchenettes
• air conditioning / heating
