Terms & Conditions

1. Payment of your Accommodation charges is required to be paid within 24 hours to guarantee and finalise your booking. You will receive a secure link via email and SMS to our secure third-party payment gateway, RMS PAY. You will be required to enter a password or code, which will be sent to the mobile device registered with the credit card to authenticate your payment.

2. A security deposit is required for all stays. The security deposit ($150 for 1-6 nights or $500 for a 7-27 night stay) is refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation. You will be sent an RMS Pay link for this 72 hours prior to your arrival date.

Any credit card surcharges paid on security deposits or accommodation are non-refundable.

3. Check in is available from 4:00 PM. As we have no reception desk at this property you will be met by either our third party key drop service or one of our check in consultants. Information regarding confirming your check in time will be sent following receipt of payment of both your accommodation and security deposit. To ensure your preferred check in time is available please make payment promptly on receipt of the payment links.

Guests must provide a valid photo ID that matches the name on the booking and the guest checking in. If the ID does not match we will be unable to provide apartment access and your booking will be cancelled.

Any early arrival requests are welcome but cannot be guaranteed. Charges apply.

4. Car Parking is subject to availability and where the property has a car stacker, subject to the booking and completion of a car stacker induction. A car stacker induction can only be booked once you have arrived at the property.

5. Our apartments are subject to Owners Corporation (Body Corporate) rules. Please refer to the apartment manual on arrival at the apartment. The welcome letter you receive will also have a link to an electronic copy of the Owners Corporation Rules. Noncompliance to these rules will result in immediate eviction from the property without refund. Acceptance of the keys for the apartment signifies acceptance to abide by the specific apartment and body corporate rules.

6. Unless otherwise agreed, Corporate Keys will provide 1 key per adult guest not to exceed 2 keys per property. If at any time keys are lost, Corporate Keys must be notified immediately to cancel security access and to organise a replacement. For security purposes, lost keys will require that the property locks be changed, and the Guest shall be liable for the cost of the locksmith and replacement cost of the keys and swipes. After hours lockouts will incur a minimum fee of $150.

7. By accepting the keys and/or access to your apartment you are agreeing to the below terms and conditions:

*The number of guests in the apartment must not exceed the number of guests included in the tariff.

*Apartments are to be used for quiet residential purposes only. There is a strict NO PARTY POLICY. Failure to comply will result in immediate eviction without refund. Charges up to $2500 may apply.

*Your booking includes a basic exit clean. If you do not leave the apartment in neat and tidy order, your credit card may be charged with an additional cleaning expense.

*It is the guests responsibility to notify management of any breakages or damages that occur at the property. Money may be deducted from your credit card to cover replacement or repair.

*Guests must comply with parking regulations and show consideration to neighbours and other vehicles.

*All apartments are strictly non-smoking. Smoking detected in apartments will incur a minimum charge of $350 and may result in eviction without refund.

*Guests must not allow the property to be used for any illegal purposes.

*For all properties, the noise level must be inaudible from neighbouring properties between 10pm and 8am.

*All parking is at your own risk.

*Non-adherence to these terms and conditions will result in you being removed from the property without refund and may result in forfeit of your bond or if a credit card was supplied for security charges may apply.

8. Standard Cancellation Policy:

The guest can cancel free of charge until 3 days before arrival. The guest will be charged the total price of the reservation if they cancel within 3 days before arrival.

Corporate Keys reserves the right to cancel the booking and provide the guest with a full refund if applicable within 24 hours of the booking being made, or if the apartment becomes uninhabitable and appropriate alternative accommodation is not available.

9. Please note we cannot provide a meet-and-greet check-in service on Christmas Day. Your keys can be collected via a pin-coded lock box from our Port Melbourne office.

10. Please note that due to the building management and body corporate rules, guests staying for less than 28 nights will not have access to any of the building facilities, including but not limited to the swimming pool, gym sauna, and communal gardens. An induction fee is required to be paid to use the facilities if staying for more than 28 nights.
