Formerly Buttai Barn, under new ownership, has undergone a major renovation and open with a whole new experience as Full Throttle Ranch. Full Throttle Ranch has a Texas-style theme with live country music, a relaxed atmosphere and a delicious slow-cooked Texas barbeque, cooked on The Undertaker, one of the largest reverse flow smokers in the world. Full Throttle Ranch is set on 38 picturesque acres of land, one kilometre off the main road and is a perfect stop on the way to, or from the Hunter Valley.
