Located way up on the east side of the 37th floor of Freshwater Place, this luxurious two bedroom apartment features open plan living and dining and a full size kitchen with plenty of cupboard space and large marble-top bench. The living area and master bedroom both have access to the long (but narrow) balcony overlooking the Yarra River, City and Southbank. The daytime view is spectacular and the city night-lights even more so. There are two marble and white-tile bathrooms, one of which is the en suite for the master bedroom, accessed from a spacious walk-through robe. The building facilities are second to none, including a pool, gym, sauna, barbecue area and garden on the 10th floor. Please see the photos for more information.
