I stayed with 4 friends & it had everything we needed. They had a big shower, which was great & it had excellent water pressure. I didn't see anyone on the team as we checked in during the week. I only corresponded with them via email. Which was very easy & prompt. The apartments are within walking distance of an IGA, bars & places to eat. Plus the beach at the end of the street. I would stay here again.

    All pets are welcome at Quest Collingwood, provided they are domestic, well-behaved, and not on a restricted or prohibited animal list.

    All pets must be healthy, up to date with vaccinations, and free from contagious diseases. Proof of vaccination may be requested at check-in or during your stay.

    A maximum of two pets are permitted per apartment. Approval for one or both pets must be obtained at the time of booking.

    Guests are responsible for any damage caused by their pet(s) to the apartment, common areas, or property grounds.

    Pets must be appropriately restrained (e.g., on a lead, in a carrier, or safely contained) whenever outside the apartment.

    Pets should sleep on their designated bed or in their crate/enclosure. If they sleep on furniture, please use protective covers provided to preserve room furnishings.

    Pets must be house-trained, toilet-trained, and well-behaved.

    If a pet causes a disturbance to other guests or staff, a warning will be issued. A second incident may result in the guest being asked to depart without refund.

    Guests must take pets for regular bathroom breaks and promptly clean up after them.

    During housekeeping service times, pets must be removed from the apartment. Please liaise with Reception to arrange a suitable time.

    If a “Do Not Disturb” sign prevents our team from entering, we will contact you to arrange an alternative visit time.

    A $200 once-off cleaning fee will be charged on arrival.

    For any damage beyond standard cleaning, Quest Collingwood reserves the right to charge the credit card on file.

    Pets must never be left unattended in a way that may cause distress or disturbance. Guests should consider where their pet will be most comfortable and safe.

    Quest Collingwood reserves the right to refuse check-in or terminate a stay if the above conditions are not met. Refunds may not be provided in such cases.
