The location is excellent. The city is easily accessible by tram and just behind Bay St, which is full of restaurants and cafes. The beach is also at the end of the street. The apartment was reasonably priced and suitable for our needs as a family. The kitchen had everything we needed to make basic meals. It was also quiet at night.

We stayed here for the GF weekend. Everywhere in the city, the price was doubled to triple. We were a 5-10 minute walk to the tram. There are good views. The beds were comfy, and the showers were awesome, not restricted like most other places. I would stay again next time I'm in town.
