Self-catering, single storey 2 Bedroom Apartment in a holiday complex.

This apartment has a spacious living area, with open plan kitchen, dining and lounge. All rooms have air-conditioning with ceiling fans.

The complex is located in Cable Beach, about 800m from the beach, and is easily accessible by car or bus for the town centre. Only available between October 14 and April 10 for a maximum stay of 91 days.

The airport is a 5 minute drive and the shops are 10 minutes by car.

This apartment would suit someone working in Broome for a longer period of time.

All sheets and towels are provided and can be laundered at an additional cost when required. We only clean the villa on departure, however we do a fortnightly of clean showers, toilets and handbasins only. Cleaning of all other areas is the guests responsibility, but can be provided at an additional cost.

Electricity will be charged at 44 cents/kwh.

A $200 departure clean is also charged for each booking. This is payable up front.

Minimum stay is 7 nights. Maximum stay is 91 nights.

Great location with tram and bus links, well-equipped and clean apartment, plenty of bars, restaurants and shops within a 5-10 minute walk. Nice apartments. The tram to the city took about 30minutes, and there was plenty of local parking. If you're into kebabs, Kebebalab, about a 2-minute walk, was amazing for a great nighttime snack.
