3 Bedroom 2 Bathroom Villa. Spacious 120 sqm 2 story self-catering villa with balcony and large comfortable living area, three separate bedrooms and two separate bathrooms. Huge fully equipped kitchen and laundry with clothes line. All rooms have split system air-conditioning with ceiling fans.
Two outdoor areas with seating. Undercover parking for one car and space for a second car. Full use of salt-water swimming pool and BBQ area. 1 Queen bed in main bedroom and 1 split king/2 singles in the other two bedrooms. Only available between October 14 and April 10 for a maximum stay of 91 days.
All sheets and towels are provided and can be laundered at an additional cost when required. We only clean the villa on departure, however we do a fortnightly of clean showers, toilets and handbasins only. Cleaning of all other areas is the guests responsibility, but can be provided at an additional cost.
Electricity will be charged at 44 cents/kwh.
A $260 departure clean is also charged for each booking. This is payable up front.
Minimum stay is 7 nights. Maximum stay is 91 nights.

The property was well-maintained and close to all amenities. There are a number of excellent cafes and restaurant nearby. The beach, theatre and parks are only walking distance from the apartment.
