A lovely 2-bedroom apartment in the heart of St Kilda. The place was clean and comfortable; the price was reasonable. Check-in was the easiest we've ever had! No keys, just a code, so much easier than having to muck around with getting keys or waiting for people to let you in especially when we didn't get in till almost 11pm. Would definitely recommend.

    Pet Rules & Fees:

    Limited one and two bedroom pet friendly apartments at the hotel. No pets allowed in studio apartments. All pet bookings must be approved on a case by case basis with management. Up to 2 cats or 2 small dogs allowed. Cats must be desexed. 

    Pet Fees: * $15 per night, per pet (cost added to accommodation fee) and $200 Departure Clean Fee (due prior to or at check-in)


    • I agree that prior to check- in, I will pay the $200 non-refundable deep cleaning exit fee.
    • I agree that QBC can refuse to accommodate particular types of pets, breeds of pet or pets over 15kg.
    • I confirm that my pet is healthy and free of fleas and ticks.
    • I agree not to allow my pet to disturb other guests/residents. Upon receipt of two (2) noise or disruption complaints, I understand I will be required to immediately make alternative arrangements for my pet.
    • I understand my pet should not be left unattended in the apartment: they may get lonely and whine or bark which would disturb other residents. For doggie daycare we suggest www.thepetpad.com.au.
    • I understand unattended pets may be removed by Quest Breakfast Creek or its agents.
    • Aggressive animals are not permitted; I agree my pet is not aggressive in any way.
    • I agree to keep my pet on a leash or in a carrier at all times when in public areas of the building.
    • I agree not to take my pet into the gymnasium, pool or BBQ area.
    • I agree to properly remove and dispose of any waste associated with my pet.
    • I release Quest Breakfast Creek from any/all liability for any injury and/or damage suffered by my pet.
    • I understand housekeeping will not service my apartment while my pet is home. On arrival mutually agreeable times will be arranged for housekeeping access.
    • I agree to keep my pet off all furniture.
    • I agree to not bath my pet in the apartment. Please let Reception know if we can assist with finding a local groomer if you need these services.
    • I understand, should there be significant damages; there will be additional fees on top of the deep cleaning fee to restore the apartment to its original rental condition.
    • I agree that I assume full responsibility for any injury or damage caused or alleged to be caused by my pet and incurred or alleged to be incurred by any guest, employee or invitee of the property. I agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Quest Breakfast Creek from and against any and all alleged or actual losses, claims, damages, liabilities, costs and expenses (including attorneys' fees and court costs) suffered by Quest Breakfast Creek or asserted by any other hotel guest, invitee, employee or person arising out of or in connection with my pet’s stay at the Hotel.
