Terms & Conditions

1. The number of guests in the apartment must not exceed the number of guests included in the tariff.

2. No refunds will be issued for late check-in or early check-out.

3. Guests must comply with parking regulations and show consideration to neighbours and other vehicles.

4. Stay extensions require a new reservation. Please contact [email protected] to arrange this.

5. Your room will be guaranteed until midnight for late arrival. If you are arriving after midnight, please contact the hotel or Corporate Keys so that arrangements can be made accordingly.

6. Guests must not allow the property to be used for any illegal purposes.

7. The price shown DOES NOT include any applicable hotel service fees, charges for optional incidentals (such as minibar snacks or telephone calls), or regulatory surcharges. The hotel will assess these fees, charges, and surcharges upon check-out.

8. This hotel requires that you are at least 18 to check in.

9. Corporate Keys reserves the right to cancel the booking and provide the guest with a full refund if applicable within 24 hours of the booking being made, or if the apartment becomes uninhabitable and appropriate alternative accommodation is not available. Corporate Keys will not have any liability for such cancellations or refunds.

10. Availability of accommodation in the same property for extra guests is not guaranteed.

11. Your credit card is charged the total cost at time of purchase. Prices and room availability are not guaranteed until full payment is received.

12. Some hotels request that we wait to submit guest names until 7 days prior to check in. In such a case, your hotel room is reserved, but your name is not yet on file with the hotel.

13. Unless specified otherwise, rates are quoted in Australian dollars.
