The Corporate Keys Loyalty Points program is all about helping you get more out of your travels. Subject to Corporate Keys sole discretion, you may be registered into our Loyalty Points Program and a Loyalty Points Code will be allocated to you.

You will be awarded points for each night stayed with Corporate Keys; Corporate Keys may also at its discretion award incentive points from time to time in the case of particular guests, clients or occasions; these points can be redeemed for future stays that you book through corporatekeysaustralia.com.au.

Terms and Conditions

1. Corporate Keys Loyalty Points Program is operated by Corporate Keys Australia Pty Ltd ("Corporate Keys"). Loyalty points will be automatically applied to any bookings of 28 nights or more and where the check-in date is on or after 01/10/2015.

2. Corporate Keys loyalty points will accrue to the guest or individual designated when booking ("you") on every night spent at Corporate Keys properties when booked on the corporatekeysaustralia.com.au website. Points will be awarded at the end of your stay. Forty eight hours after your check out date a Loyalty Points Code with your points for that stay will be emailed to you at the email address designated when booking. Every night's stay that is paid for in full will accrue 200 points. Subject to these terms and conditions, Corporate Keys Loyalty Points are valid for three (3) years from the date of issue.

3. To redeem your points you must go to the corporatekeysaustralia.com.au website. Points for stays of 28 nights or more must be redeemed when booking via corporatekeysaustralia.com.au. Points for stays of less than 28 nights must be booked via corporatekeysaustralia.com.au. The scheme is valid on bookings made on the corporatekeysaustralia.com.au website only. Please note for stays of less than 28 nights loyalty points can only be redeemed for "Corporate Apartments" and for a minimum stay of 7 nights or more. The scheme is not valid on any bookings made on the corporatekeyau.neatgroup.com or booking.com website (even though you may be directed to this website from the corporatekeysaustralia.com.au website). Points cannot be redeemed and are not valid on bookings made on any other website.

4. Only one voucher code can be used in a booking transaction. You may use some of the Points available on a voucher code for a new booking and save the rest for subsequent new bookings. The value of redeemed Points applies as a discount to accommodation rental only. Points can only be redeemed on new bookings. A maximum of 50% of your initial booking invoice can be discounted via the redemption of loyalty points. Points cannot be used for payment of the Security Deposit. The redemption value of Points is $1 for each 100 Points (provided that Corporate Keys may offer higher values from time to time for particular clients, bookings or occasions).

5. Points cannot be used to pay any subsequent invoices for your stay or extensions of your stay. Points can not be used for a new booking where a guest has moved apartment for whatever reason. There must be a minimum 21-day gap between bookings. Corporate Keys continues to be able to accept or decline a booking request. Your Loyalty Points Code must be submitted at the time of booking.

6. Corporate Keys Loyalty Points are redeemable at the discretion of Corporate Keys and are not redeemable for cash. Vouchers are transferable. You must not require or receive any payment or valuable consideration for any transfer. You should note that transfer may have tax implications and you should check with your own tax advisers. You are responsible for the safekeeping of Loyalty Points Codes. Lost or stolen Loyalty Points Codes should be reported to Corporate Keys for reissue at the discretion of Corporate Keys. Corporate Keys reserves the right to decline to reissue a Loyalty Points Code if it has been redeemed by another party. Corporate Keys does not accept any responsibility to verify that Loyalty Points Codes redeemed by another party have been properly transferred.

7. Loyalty points are not redeemable for bookings where a special promotional rate is booked. You may still book the property however the loyalty points will only apply should you pay the normal non-discounted prices.

8. The current value of the Corporate Keys Loyalty Points will be clearly identified at corporatekeysaustralia.com.au

9. Corporate Keys is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, either collected in relation to loyalty points either caused by a Corporate Keys employee in person or via phone or email or for any of the equipment of programming associated with or utilised in this service, or for any other technical error, or a combination thereof that may occur in the course of the administration of this Program including any omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communication line or telephone, mobile or satellite network failure, theft or destruction or authorised access to or alteration of loyalty points details.

10. Corporate Keys reserves the right to remove Points incorrectly or accidently added to your Corporate Keys Loyalty Points account, without notice to you.

11. Participation in the Program is complimentary, and entitlements under the Program are not intended to be legally enforceable (and shall not apply if the law of your country of residence does not permit participation in such programs). In all matters, all decisions of Corporate Keys will be final and cannot be contested and by accepting and/or redeeming Loyalty Points you agree to accept such decisions. If and to the extent any consumer protection law applies, these Terms and Conditions shall be governed by Australian law. Subject to any non-excludable rights you may have under such laws, Corporate Keys will not be liable on any legal basis (including negligence) for any consequential or indirect loss you suffer or incur including without limitation any interruption to business, loss of profits, or loss of data. To the maximum extent permitted by law the aggregate liability of Corporate Keys arising out of or in connection with the provision of Points, or otherwise in connection with the Program, on any legal basis (including negligence) shall be limited, in relation to the supply of services (if any), to supplying the relevant service again.

12. Corporate Keys reserves the right at its sole discretion to delete any points accrued if you do not comply with the terms and conditions of the Loyalty Points Program.

13. If a Corporate Keys guest or client breaches the Corporate Keys Terms and Conditions of stay you will forfeit all points earned during that the stay where the breach occurred.

14. Corporate Keys reserves the right at its sole discretion to change these terms and conditions and value of the Loyalty Points at any time without notice to you. Corporate Keys may advise you of any changes by a general notice displayed at corporatekeysaustralia.com.au.

15. Corporate Keys reserves the right to cancel, terminate or suspend the Corporate Keys Loyalty Points Program at any time. Without accepting an obligation to do so, Corporate Keys will in that event endeavour to give three (3) months notice by means of a general notice displayed at corporatekeysaustralia.com.au

16. Corporate Keys privacy policy applies to personal information obtained from you in connection with the Program. A copy of the privacy policy is available on the website corporatekeysaustralia.com.au.
