Building Facility Charge
A $100.00 induction fee is required to access the gym on the main facilities floor. Other facilities are accessible without paying this fee such as the pool and BBQ area. This induction can be booked through the concierge or via the building's app, which is available on the App Store (access must be requested through the app itself). Please note that apartments below level 46 do not have access to the owner lounge or facilities on level 67.
