Graceburn Bistro offers a take on the modern Australian Bistro.
Chef Kate Kilsby brings a fresh approach with a strong focus on sustainability, locally sourced seasonal ingredients and bold flavours. Their Bistro menu is exclusively a Feed Me set menu. They highly advise that you notify them of dietary requirements with every booking.
Their wine list includes current release and museum offerings of Mac Forbes wines, plus an extensive Friends List that is specially curated by the Bistro team featuring wines from both here and abroad.
Graceburn Bistro is open for dinner on Thursday, Friday and Saturday nights and don't forget you can hire the venue for private use.
Outside of Bistro hours, the space operates as a wine bar and cellar door for Mac Forbes Wines. Pop down for a flight and a bite Thursday to Sunday from 12pm to 5pm.
