Summer Snow Juice is a third-generation family-run apple orchard since 1952. After a freak summer hail storm ruined their crop in 1998, they invented 'Summer Snow'. What is Summer Snow? Simply put, it is amazing apple juice using 100% Australian fruit - no concentrates, no preservatives, no added colours or flavours and nothing artificial. All of their juices are crushed on their orchard in West Gippsland, Victoria - Bellevue Orchard. They make sure they pick the best apples, crush ‘em in their big press and bottle it 'em to keep that ‘just picked’ taste and nutrients inside. Because their juices are pressed cold, the gentleness of the process ensures the unique taste of each apple variety is fully captured in every juice.
