Incorporating a brewery, distillery, winery, eatery, micro-dairy & cellar door across two venues located in Collingwood and Bangholme, there's always things to eat, drink, make or shop for at The Craft & Co. As a multi-faceted venue, The Craft and Co provides a rich culinary showcase of Australian food and drink producers via their eatery, bar, retail store and in-house production facilities. Craft & Co have also incorporated an onsite micro-brewery, distillery, cured meats and cheese making rooms and coffee roaster. Craft & Co also operate and a own 40 acre sister site dubbed the 'Farm' that produces grapes for wine, has an onsite cafe and cellar door, and with future plans to grow fruit, vegetables, grain, hops and livestock for in-house food and drink products. The education side is brought to life via an immersive program of events and classes to learn how produce is made, why it is made in that way and how to take your new skills and use them at home. Many of these events will be held in collaboration with industry peers to give you the best knowledge and experience, so you can then share the traditions with friends and family.
