Opening in 2018, the original Prince Dining Room sought to offer a casual dining experience with a Mediterranean twist, but with the history of Circa deep within the venue‘s veins, 2023 will see Prince Dining Room leaning back into its roots with an overhauled, elevated and refined dining experience. Led by Executive Chef, Dan Cooper, the new menu features refined Mediterranean flavours and sophisticated cooking techniques, plated beautifully and reflecting the ever-evolving St Kilda dining scene. Fresh produce is the hero of the plates, with every dish crafted with intention and mostly cooked over fire.
