Four Pillars Gin is Australia's number one craft spirit. Since launch in 2013, Four Pillars gin's have received the highest accolades at spirit competitions around the world. The Four Pillars Distillery, home of Four Pillars Gin, is located in Healesville, Yarra Valley, about an hour's drive from the Melbourne city centre. The former timber yard, on Healesville's main drag, has been transformed into a fully functioning distillery, housing four German sister-stills Wilma, Jude, Eileen and Beth. The Distillery Door is open seven days a week, where guests can do a tasting of all the gins in the Four Pillars range, or enjoy a multitude of gin drinks from the bar, including gin and tonic paddles, build-your-own Negronis, and Scotty's Ginger Mules, as well as local beer and wine, great coffee, olives, nuts, and cheese plates. Four Pillars Distillery offers seating both inside and out, as well as regular tours and masterclasses. Check the website for more details. Four Pillars Distillery is the perfect place to relax and sip on a Gin and Tonic in the sunshine, so next time you are in the Yarra Valley pop in and say hello. Due to current health advice on social distancing, please contact the business for the most up to date information regarding opening times and services.
