Cumulus Up. is a wine bar, European in sensibility and wordly in its charm. Located upstairs from big sister Cumulus Inc., it shines like a beacon in the evening hours; warm, welcoming and elegant. It’s a destination for any occasion – an after work drink and snack, or a relaxed dinner.
Cumulus Up. is wine focused, but much more than a wine bar. The menu changes frequently to reflect the seasonality of small-scale farms. Produce is treated simply to create a new menu featuring snacks to large dishes that are considered classic and full of flavour – and best enjoyed with a glass of wine.
A Chef’s Selection menu offers a progression of dishes featuring locally sourced produce such as Port Phillip Bay scallops, heirloom carrots from Gippsland or duck from the Macedon Ranges.
Cumulus Up. is open Tuesday to Saturday until late.
