Spend the first 25 minutes or so lazing in The Luxe Lounge – cosy up with a cup of tea and a mindfulness activity, and soak in the tranquil surrounds of your luxury secret hideaway.
A soft bell will chime, signalling the transition to The Cocoon Room for the meditation/relaxation component. There, you’ll nestle into your own Cocoon, equipped with a velour chaise-lounge and sheer curtain surround for privacy. Pop on your headphones and enjoy a super simple audio-guided meditation, or choose the naturescape channel and drift away.
An energising stretch completes the session, leaving you feeling all brand new.
Extended sessions are available on Saturdays (90 minutes).
