Emma Jennings Gallery is an exciting addition to beautiful Sassafras in the heart of the Dandenong Ranges. Featuring the work of local fine artist Emma Jennings, the gallery is a warm and inviting space to showcase the full range of Emma’s work. Her intricate paintings on handmade Japanese papers combine decorative pattern with botanical and figurative studies, inspired by the natural sciences, Climate Change and oriental design. Living in the lush temperate rainforest and rolling hills of the Dandenong Ranges provides an endless source of inspiration. The Gallery offers a range of items, from large and small original paintings, to limited edition archival prints, greeting cards, as well as antique Japanese ceramics and textiles. Situated in the newly created Sassafras Hub, next to Proserpina Bakery and Chojo Feature Trees, Emma is pleased to belong to a vibrant community of like-minded businesses who aim to bring beauty and joy to all who visit the Hills. Come and spend some time with Emma in the Gallery, see her work in progress, the tiny brushes, the handmade paper and flip through her sketchbook for a unique and memorable experience.
