St Maur (pronounced “more”) is a boutique family owned winery producing small batch, handcrafted cool climate wines. Planting grapes in 1998, St Maur’s philosophy is making luxury wine: with a 16 acre vineyard dedicated to producing Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot vines farmed in a sustainable program of natural cultivation that result in healthier vines. Utilising their fertile soil and farming experience, they maintain their own vegetable garden, growing seasonal produce which is used for member lunches. Their Wine Club operates on the philosophy of bringing all those who love good wine, food and conversations together under one roof. St Maur’s monthly lunches celebrate the spirit of Southern Highlands through food, wine, and stories. Set in a rustic vintage dairy farm, and with views; you’ll feel like you took a step back in time as you enjoy a relaxing wine tasting experience in the cellar door by their host. They invite you to join them in tasting their wines and share their history!
