Nosh is anything but ordinary. They specialise in serving handcrafted Japanese-inspired bowls, filled with the best of Japanese and local Australian produce. Born in Melbourne in 2017, Nosh promises good food, good vibes and good company. Diners will be able to experience Nori-tacos and a refined range of Japanese-inspired bowls ranging from Flame-seared Tasmanian Salmon to beautifully seared 9+MBS wagyu beef bowls . The beverage offering has also been enriched with wines from the local favourite Nick O’Leary or have some fun with the traditional Umeshu Japanese Plum Wine flight, directly imported from Japan.
