The Beirut Bunker Bar brings together Canberra’s late-night cocktail crowd with Beirut-inspired beats, treats, and cocktails. Located in the heart of the city, the Bunker is loved by locals for its exceptional concoctions with equal parts edgy décor and vibe. The great atmosphere is built in, just like the street art backdrop and extensive top-shelf selection. With its friendly spirit and stellar liquor list, the Bunker draws a mixed bag of after workers, pre and post dinner drinkers, out of towners and all-night clubbers. While the crowd is varied, everyone is here for the fun. Behind the bar is Canberra’s favourite Beirut-born cocktail master and Bunker co-owner, Soumi Tannous. His style, flair and enthusiasm put lip-smacking and visually intriguing drinks on the bar. The cocktail line up is in tune with the seasons and changes weekly, inspired by the customers.
