An artisanal brewery located in inner-city Melbourne, La Sirene Brewing has been keeping it Oak-Aged, Wild and Funky since 2010. Australia’s premier Farmhouse Ales specialist. They are wholly dedicated to producing Farmhouse, Wild, Oak Aged and Coolship ales that speak of time, place and season by using age-old brewing techniques including harnessing the natural microflora that resides in their neighbouring Darebin Parklands.
