Their Chef Consultant is the highly regarded Chef Matteo Zamboni who is currently Executive Chef at the impeccable Jonah’s Restaurant and Boutique Hotel in Whale Beach. His expertise brings vibrancy to the menu which is refreshed regularly to incorporate the best their gardens offer.
Their day to day head Chef is Cliff Kim who has had culinary experience in restaurants such as Pilu at Freshwater, Jamie’s Italian and the Glenmore Hotel.
