Little Rivers was established in early 2014. We are a family owned and operated business. Chris Carins (head brewer/director) learnt the art of brewing at Burleigh Brewing Company on the Gold Coast and has used his brewing knowledge combined with his experience in the wine industry to create our signature core range.
We started with a very small and un-automated 200L brewing system, but at the end of 2015 demand was getting so great that we have invested in a new 1500L system and fully automated bottling line. We employ a full-time brewer and brewery door staff. Our beer is available throughout Tasmania in bars, pubs, bottle shops, restaurants and cafes.
All produced beers are natural, contain no preservatives or additives and are made from all natural ingredients.
Although we don't serve meals at the brewery, it is in our long term plan. Feel free to bring some food with you when you visit.
