A Cider Mill offering tastings and sales of cider. Australia's only cider makers dedicated predominately to Methode Traditionelle (Sparkling) cider. Use 100% Tasmanian fruit. Operate a heritage orchard with 83 different varieties of apples. A small vineyard is also located on the property. The farm operates to organic principles and has a conservation program for rare wildlife.
