The second unit has a massive balcony, with a 6-person table and an entire living space with outdoor sofas. They provided a generous amount of starter coffee, tea, dish detergent, and washing machine detergent. There was a tidy ironing board, iron, air-drying clothes rack, vacuum, and hairdryer. The location was also awesome! Overall, this place is an absolute gem. When our flight got cancelled from Los Angeles, The Hamptons still had a very helpful employee available to let our friend, travelling from England, check in at 2 in the morning. I was shocked at how helpful they were with this situation, considering there is no front desk. Any issues we brought to the staff were promptly solved. Great service! We all loved both the apartments we booked! We were so comfortable and relaxed.

I even had the cleaner help me bring my luggage downstairs while I waited for my husband to come to pick me up. The facilities were fantastic as were the rooms and beds. Smart TV's made my stay very comfortable and the excellent wi-fi connection was the cherry on top. I will be seeking to stay here again the next time I come to Melbourne.

If you’d prefer to stay in there is an IGA just across the courtyard from the entrance where you can grab something to cook at home. Stayed here for five nights. Awesome apartment with fantastic views of Southbank and so close to fantastic restaurants. Within easy reach of shopping! The view was unbelievable and the proximity to everything we needed was awesome. Quality appliances, great coffee.

Highly recommended! The place is very new and modern and extremely comfortable. I especially liked the bed, I could have stayed in it all day. Very good value for money and such a great location.

The beds were very comfortable. We had 12 people staying between the 3 rooms. We were very comfortable and we’re able to gather with enough space for dinner each night. We loved it and would highly recommend booking here!

Excellent cleaning. I absolutely love the Hamptons apartment it was spotlessly clean, immaculate, the most comfortable furniture.. everything you needed was provided from washing machine, clothes dryer, coffee maker machine and the situation was perfect. You could see the beach from the apartment and the owners were the most helpful and friendly beautiful people I have ever met and there is also safe parking close to shops it was so comfortable I am going to stay there again in the near future and i loved the roof top sun deck it is amazing home away from home. I loved everything it was perfect out of this world you could not fault anything. Everything was total luxury and the owners were so helpful they took the time to help me learn how to send a text on my phone service like that is very rare these days anyone who decides to stay there will be very happy and very comfortable.
