Products include smoked Tasmanian Salmon, NZ Ora King Salmon, Barramundi, wild-caught Victorian Eel and award-winning Victorian Rainbow Trout. They also have two award-winning pates - Salmon and Barramundi. Bellarine Smokehouse's premium hot-smoked products are crafted using traditional smoking techniques and they pride themselves on being 100% natural with no additives or preservatives. They believe in buying quality raw fish to produce first-class smoked fish and pate. It's simple. Pure taste. Bellarine Smokehouse operates a wholesale business and sells retail at farmers markets and from their shed door (limited days).
