Share the working studio space of awarded glass artist Cindy Poole and gain an insight onto the unique and diverse techniques used to make contemporary kiln formed glass objects. Receive an interactive snapshot of the varied creative applications of glass and how it can be transformed through diverse cold and warm glass techniques.
Gain an insight into the making of the iconic 'Whale Tail' and see how an artist with an interest in sustainability has creatively redirected bottle waste away from landfill and turned it into functional and decorative artworks that celebrate the region - designer glass jewellery, local gifts, home wares, corporate awards and sand filled glass souvenirs from the whitest beaches in Australia.
