Darling's food with passion Cafe represents over 35 years of experience in the food, wine and hospitality industry.
Darling's brings the latest coffee innovations to the Barossa Valley while keeping up with contemporary food trends.
At Darling's, we strive to enhance the Barossa Valley experience by supporting our amazing local producers such as Apex Bakery, Eleni Barossa Hand-made, Linke's Butcher, Barossa Valley Cheese Company & The Barossa Patissier. We love to include their products in our meals and to create our own food sensations.
This is noticable on our chalk drawn breakfast menu which displays our house made muesli and granola and also our house made vegetarian and Boston baked beans. To accompany our passion for food we have our Black Eagle coffee machine, we pair this with the amazing coffee roasted by by our very own David Trotta and Alex Loft of Kindred Coffee. We hope to produce a delicious experience both to the palate and to the soul.
