From humble beginnings Blue Fish originated from just a small cafe. Its now one of Darling Harbour's, best known and loved Seafood Restaurant with deliveries from the Sydney Fish Market arriving twice daily.
Their guests range from international travelers to Sydney-siders who came here on a first date who now have kids, and they’re starting to see their kids bring their partners.
