The Eau De Vie is home to over 500 back bar spirits, and there is plenty of magic behind the bar. You will also find plenty of seating at the bar, a communal table and individual table service. The Eau De Vie Appreciation Society hosts monthly tasting sessions on a variety of topics from Absinthe to Tequila, and of course whiskies.
With a private whisky room and full venue available to hire, the venue can accommodate groups of up to 120. Eau De Vie is available for smaller group bookings of 6 to 14 people and can be booked exclusively only when reserving the entire venue.
