The vineyard is managed primarily with organic practices and the wines are all made on site in the pairs small, but well-equipped winery. Early success in Australian and overseas wine shows led the Ilics to focus their wines style toward making delicious, food-friendly, early drinking wines that are fruit-driven and elegant. The stunning range includes diverse styles from traditional method Sparkling White and Rosé to dry, crisp and fruity whites, elegant reds and even a White Port.
