Moroccan Soup Bar

The Moroccan Soup Bar was established in the hope of expressing a vision where everyone who visited, whether a one-time visitor or repeat customer, felt their senses were stimulated, and at the very least, had their hunger satisfied. They had to confront that cafes were synonymous with meat, alcohol and written menus, which were not an option at the Moroccan Soup Bar. They offered a vegetarian spoken menu when vegetarianism was associated with bland steamed food and tofu. They express their generosity that is akin to their community spirit, through their serving sizes, through capping their profit and by offering free meals to random customers every night.
