Their menu was based around finding the highest quality local produce from the south coast of NSW. Testing the market for the best produce available while supporting local suppliers, which now include Maugers Meat in the Southern Highlands, Jamberoo Mountain Farm and Two Figs Winery.
Maugers Meat supply them with 100 per cent grass fed beef patties. Using ethical and sustainable production methods to ensure their meat is not only good for you but for the environment. Jamberoo Mountain Farm is an ethical and sustainable producer of pasture raised eggs.
As true coffee lovers they decided not to muck around and go straight to the best in the business Allpress Espresso as well as Balter Brewing Company for their amazing craft beer.
