At Harley and John’s Seafood, they are proud of their history and excited about their future. Harley and John's have been providing the Illawarra with the highest quality seafood for over 30 years. They are the first independent fish market in NSW to be certified within the Marine Stewardship Council Chain of Custody. The MSC is an international organisation that focuses in on the sustainability of our oceans. The team strive to provide their customers with the widest range possible, with an emphasis on the freshest sustainable seafood sourced from professionally managed fisheries in Australia, New Zealand, and selected fisheries from around the World. Their main objective is to educate customers on all aspects of the seafood industry from the sustainability of different fisheries to cooking different species and everything in between.
