Headlands Distilling Co. started from humble beginnings. Combining engineering precision and business acumen four high-school friends set to work establishing Wollongong's first distillery. As a company passionate about producing premium quality spirits, Headlands is exclusive in its selection of Australian grown grain. Partnerships have been forged with growers in the Riverina allow the grain to be traced back to the individual paddocks that they were grown. Everything is done from scratch - fermentation, distillation and bottling are all done in-house. Take a tour of the compact distillery and meet the makers. One of Dean, Jared, Lachy or Tom will be happy to show you around and take you through the Grain-to-Glass journey. It's a place to sample authentically Australian spirits and be reacquainted with vodka, gin and innovative new liqueur-style products.
