The Kidman Flower Farm experience is one unmatched by any other. Enjoy a unique, rural three hour workshop at our native flower farm, near Balhannah in the stunning Adelaide Hills. The afternoon indulgence starts with a visit to our processing shed to learn about our post-harvest handling methods, followed by a meander through our 30 acre plantation with views to die for! Savour a scrumptious homemade afternoon tea, and with bubbles in hand, enjoy an informal flower arranging "Master Class"where you can let your creativity run wild by making your own beautiful bouquet of freshly picked native flowers, as big as you can hold, to take home!
We open our farm on a monthly basis during our harvest (April to October) by running our "flower farm experiences". This has taken off, as people are so interested in how things work !! Everyone is becoming so much more appreciative of sustainable primary industry and of course flowers are such a beautiful commodity to spend the afternoon learning about and playing with. Especially with a glass of Adelaide hills bubbles in hand... Things don’t really get much better!!!
