Brunswick Aces created Australia's first non-alcoholic gin (sapiir) back in 2017, before opening Australia's first non-alcoholic bar in 2021. They do all their own distilling on-site, and now you have the opportunity to come behind the scenes for a two hour distillery tour and cocktail making class. You will learn the history of sapiir, how it is made and how to taste it, before being guided through a cocktail class so you can go home and confidently make delicious non-alcholic drinks for yourself. After the tour, stay and relax in our bar area and choose from a curated menu of beers, wines, cocktails and more, showcasing the amazing array of Australian non-alcoholic products on offer.
