A Pre-Authorisation of $500 will be taken at the time of your Booking Request being submitted. Should your booking request be declined the hold on funds is automatically released by your bank within 3-5 days.

All payments made via credit card will attract a Merchant Service Recovery Fee based on your selected card. You'll be asked to pay a AUD $200.00 per stay deposit on check-in, this is to cover incidentals.
