This property has one of the biggest size apartments in the area. The décor is very warm and inviting and specially designed to give a feeling of home than hotel. All apartments have full kitchen with kitchenette, standard size fridge, washing machine, dryer , dishwasher etc. . The vicinity to Fitzroy st and the beach has always been centre of attraction for all travellers. With tram stop just outside the building , whether you are working on one of the offices in St Kilda road or going to CBD , you will be there in minutes. Our housekeeping team take 1.5-2 times more when compared with similar service apartments to present absolutely spotless rooms for our guests.

We are  conveniently located at the gateway of St Kilda and Fitzroy Roads. Imagine the 2 tram stops at your doorstep that takes you on scenic trips passing by the Shrine of Remembrance, Botanic Gardens and National Gallery of Victoria and through Melbourne CBD. In the other direction, the trams can take you to St Kilda Beach or to the outer suburbs of East Brighton, Malvern or Carnegie. Whether you are after a quick post-swim meal or an anniversary dinner with sunset views of St Kilda Beach, here are some of the best restaurants in Melbourne's multicultural beachside suburb.
