This majestic Spring Hill landmark art deco building was built in 1933 and is located on prestigious Gregory Terrace. Atop Spring Hill with views of the parklands in front and the city behind Carrington would send any real estate scribe into a frenzy of superlatives. Offering 3 x 5 bedroom apartments, (each apartment occupies a whole floor), a Carrington apartment can sleep 9-10 people per apartment, each apartment is perfect for weddings, family reunions, sporting groups or just a few friends who would prefer to relax in their own spaces. 

These apartments are a unique accommodation option in size, position and special features and decor.  The grandeur and luxury of an original art deco building which was fully refurbished in 2016 with all the comforts of modern living, Carrington is an important Brisbane building and is soon to be on the Heritage Register.
